Dear Parent,
Following the Easter Holidays, the catering service at your child’s school will be provided by Chartwells.
If your child currently has a medical diet provided by the current contractor, the law does not allow the transfer of any information held by contractors therefore we need to ask you to complete the attached form and return this to school with medical evidence to support your child’s specific dietary requirements.
The special diets process can take up to 4 weeks, so we would require these forms returning to this e-mail address Chartwells.specialdiets@compass-group.co.uk or returned back to the School by no later than 18th March 2019.
If we do not receive this information we are unable to provide your child with a special diet and you will need to make alternative arrangements until the diet can be safely provided by us. We feel certain that you will agree that your child’s safety is priority and that you would not want us to take any chances in this regard.
